Technical problems at the service "No-IP"

Dear customers,

due to technical problems with the "No-IP" service, there are currently isolated cases of malfunctions when accessing DigiENERGYs or LAN gateways over the Internet. To ensure that you can still access your DigiENERGY or LAN gateway over the Internet as easily and conveniently as usual, we provide you with our Energy Management Server (EMS) as a free alternative.

Important for the one-time registration, which takes less than 3 minutes, is the serial number (MAC address) of your device.
